Sound & Somatics

This is a unique 1:1 session which weaves sound healing and somatic practices to facilitate deep rest and release. Blending ancestral and intuitive movements, yogic postures and breathing techniques, we will tend to emotions held within the body. Then we will use sound and Yoga Nidra to balance, rejuvenate and nurture the deeper layers of the self to ensure you at peace within yourself.

This is a nourishing space to reconnect with your body's innate wisdom, sensuality and aliveness through somatic movement, ritual and guided exploration. Together, we release shame, reconnect with our capacity to feel, and cultivate greater safety, confidence and self-trust within the body.
No experience needed—just a willingness to arrive as you are, with curiosity and an open heart.

This workshop is an embodied immersion to reconnect with your inner radiance, release self-doubt and set heartfelt intentions for the months ahead. Through movement, gentle yoga, journalling, fire ritual and a restorative sound bath, you'll be guided to clear what no longer serves you and align with the joyful life already calling you. Come exactly as you are—no experience is needed, only an open heart and a willingness to listen to your inner wisdom.
