Sound & Somatics

This is a unique 1:1 session which weaves sound healing and somatic practices to facilitate deep rest and release. Blending ancestral and intuitive movements, yogic postures and breathing techniques, we will tend to emotions held within the body. Then we will use sound and Yoga Nidra to balance, rejuvenate and nurture the deeper layers of the self to ensure you at peace within yourself.

This space is an invitation to tenderly commune with the wisdom of love, longing and loss. This journey will include gentle restorative movement, journalling, sharing, resting and elemental rituals to support processes of expression and integration. All of you is welcome - with whatever experience, timeline or texture of grief that you carry.
