Sound & Somatics

In this intimate 1:1 or 1:2 session, we will tend to what is most alive for you and co-create a totally unique experience. A holistic blend of healing and self-connection through the medicine of sound and movement. Somatic practices and healing instruments are woven together to create a sensory cocoon for you to be your most vulnerable, nurtured self. You are invited to express, release, receive, rest and integrate.

Somatics
Responding to what is alive in your body, we will breathe and move intuitively. Feeling into which tools may be most supportive for you, I will offer a blend of yogic postures, chakra activating sequences, ancestral movements, and breathing techniques. This is an organic and playful practice for you to shed and dissolve stagnation.

Sound & Yoga Nidra
Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments are played to harness healing frequencies to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual nourishment. This non-invasive modality creates clears emotional blockages and can heal at the cellular level. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep or NSDR) is woven into the session to soothe the body and mind into a relaxed and receptive state.
